Excellent plants for summer bedding and easily over wintered like dahlia tubers. In warmer areas they may be left outside but best over wintered indoors. Our Canna plants are all virus free and propagated by ourselves in limited quantities. Supplied in 3 litre pots and at the time of dispatch between 18” and 3ft tall depending on growth and time of year.  All Cannas are hungry feeders and require full sun and plenty of water.

Canna Indica 3 litre plant
Another excellent purple foliage Canna. Strong clumping habit to 5ft or more with virus resistant foliage. The small orange flowers are not anything to write home about, but still attractive. A lovely foliage plant that is also proving quite hardy. The picture shows a 6ft tall clump in late August that was left in the ground in our Oxfordshire garden, unprotected over the 2004/5 winter but did not survive the colder winter of 2005/6.
